This utility is designed to remove empty and poorly formatted time entries from .tcx files. Specifically, I developed it to clean up exports from MapMyRun before importing them into Strava. I was noticing large time discrepancies between the two applications and found that cleaning up the files in this manner helped to alleviate the problem. There are still discrepancies, but a few seconds lopped off is better than several minutes, which was happening sometimes. I built this tool specifically for my own use case, so it might not work for others who need to clean up their data in other ways. Thanks.
